A staircase from the dining area leads to a third bedroom with Velux window, single bed and folding bed. At the rear of the house is a well maintained open plan garden shared with the other properties. There is one car park space in front of the garage of No. 44 and communal parking in a small area opposite the house.

An electric pre paid meter is installed. A reasonable amount of credits will have been put in before you arrive . Extra credits can be obtained from Spar Supermarket or Abersoch Post Office. Duvets, pillows and bath mats are provided but you will need to bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, towels and tea towels, although these can be provided at extra cost.

This property is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.

The property is equipped for six, this should not be exceeded and is available to families & couples only.
