Casa Ribeiro is situated in the small village of Ribeiro close to the town of Boliquieme in Portugal’s Eastern Algarve.
Within a short drive to Albufeira resort and beaches and also to the Marina and beaches of Vilamoura.
Casa Ribeiro has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate dining room next to a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, and a spacious sitting room with doors to a covered terrace that has table and chairs for outside dining.
On the ground floor are the sitting and dining rooms, kitchen and two twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room.
On the first floor is the master double bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and a private sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the lawn and swimming pool.
The swimming pool has a tiled surround and is next to a large lawn area for children to play or just for relaxing.
Next to the swimming pool is a separate covered barbecue area with a bench seat etc for alfresco dining.
Casa Ribeiro is a very peaceful and private villa that has large gates for security and parking yet within an easy drive to the resorts and beaches of the Eastern Algarve.
The tourist areas of Vilamoura, Loulé and Albufeira are within 15 minutes drive by car.
In Boliqueime there is a pharmacy, supermarket, bank, post office, cafe and local shops.
The nearby picturesque old town of Loulé has a covered market and a pedestrian precinct and many shops for local produce and handicrafts. Loulé also has one of the most famous Carnival (Shrove Tuesday) processions in Portugal.
On the coast is the
resort town of Vilamoura with kilometres of long, sandy beaches and a
wealth of restaurants and bars. It is famous for its large marina around
which the locals 'promenade' in the evenings and drink coffee in the man
bars. For golfers the attraction os the five 18 hole golf courses and
the Butch Harmon Golf School. Other sports are tennis, a riding school
and a shooting club.
