The property lies in a row of similar houses, most conveniently situated within easy walking distance of Abersoch village centre, the beaches, South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club, Abersoch Golf Club and the Spar Supermarket which is open seven days a week until l0.00 p.m.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one double and one twin plus spacious bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. An open plan stair case leads to the living accommodation on the first floor with patio doors opening onto a south facing terrace, a delightful sun trap, with views towards Bwlchtocyn headland and well equipped with gas barbeque, patio table, chairs & recliners.

The lounge/dining area is well furnished and has digital television, video, DVD and radio. Compact fully fitted & equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, mircrowave. Washing machine on the ground floor.

A staircase from the dining area leads to a third bedroom with Velux window, single bed and folding bed. At the rear of the house is a well maintained open plan garden shared with the other properties. There is one car park space in front of the garage of number.44 and communal parking in a small area opposite the house.

An electric pre paid meter is installed. A reasonable amount of credits will have been put in before you arrive . Extra credits can be obtained from Spar Supermarket or Abersoch Post Office.

Duvets, pillows and bath mats are provided but you will need to bring sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, towels and tea towels, although these can be provided at extra cost.

Cleanliness is guaranteed under personal supervision of the owners

This property is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.

The property is equipped for six, this should not be exceeded. It is available to families & couples only.
