Number 10 Llwyn Onn is a recently refurbished four bedroomed house on a secluded development 10 minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Abersoch. Included in the rental is the use of a beach hut which backs onto the Abersoch golf course.

The accommodation consists of three twin bedded rooms (one upstairs) and a small bedroom with a double bed. Both the downstairs twin bedded rooms have washbasins. The bedrooms all have duvets and pillows but tenants should bring their own linen and towels.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with an electric cooker, two fridges, one with a freezer section, cloths and dish washers plus all the usual kitchen equipment. The kitchen is stocked with dry provisions and tenants are requested to replace items consumed.

There is a spacious lounge/dinning room with an interrupted view over the golf course to Abersoch Bay and East St Tudwells Island. There is also a digital TV, DVD and radio. The cupboard is well stocked with board games, jigsaws and cards.

The south east facing patio has tables and chairs and a barbeque is available for use.

Rates for the peak weeks of Whit, July and August are £1150 - £1250 per week. Out of season weeks are also available - prices on request.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the house.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking with the remainder due one month before the arrival date.

Rates, include all services and are flexible; dependant on occupancy rate and time of year.

The house is let on a Friday to Friday basis and you are required to leave the house in a neat and tidy state. Entry time is after 4pm and departure is required by 10am in order that the cleaner can prepare the house for the following tenants.

The house is available to families and couples and we regret that no pets are allowed.
