Located at the end of a private drive, this two bedroomed semi-detached double fronted cottage provides an ideal retreat, offering peace and tranquility.

Nestling next to St. Engan's church, reputed to date back to the fourteenth century, Tan y Fynwent boasts open rear views towards Hell's Mouth Bay (Porth Neigwl) and is surrounded by countryside. There is a large rear garden and ample vehicle/ boat parking. The cottage is within five minutes' walk of the Sun Inn which serves a selection of bar food and is ten minutes' walk from Hell's Mouth Beach.

The accommodation, hosting a wealth of rustic charm, comprises kitchen/ breakfast room with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The cosy sitting room has an open fire, colour T.V, video and DVD. Gas central heating throughout..

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one twin and one double, and newly fitted bathroom comprising bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin and w.c.

The cottage is well decorated and furnished to a high standard which also applies to the garden furniture & barbeque.

Cleanliness is guaranteed under the personal supervision of the owners.

Duvets, pillows and bath mats are provided but you will need to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels although these can be provided at an extra cost.

An electric prepaid meter is installed and a reasonable of credit will be put in before you arrive. Extra credits can be obtained from the Spar Supermarket or Abersoch Post Office.

A deposit of 100.00. per week is required and the balance must be paid one month before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Miss K White, at Ael-y-Bryn, Bwlchtocyn, Abersoch, Gwynedd, LL53 7BS (deposit non-refundable).

Short breaks out of high season and winter terms available upon request. The cottage is let Saturday to Saturday. You are required to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.

The cottage is available to families & couples only and we regret that we cannot accept pets. The property is equipped to accommodate four, this should not be exceeded.
